Morning Star food that is in the  frozen section  or lunch meats ?


Which is worse ?     I thought that the morning star would be better then the

lunch meats !  HA !  They are both bad !

Which one is the worse ? 

Can you tell ?

One day I just thought I will buy the M.S. since the l. M.  are so full of junk.
And I did not read what is  in it !   Surprise .............

Aren't they both, "processed"?  And that means they both have much of the good stuff cooked out, and a bunch of bad stuff added to preserve them, right?
