Who has the coolest mascot?

Yeah some of these mascots are borderline stupid, but I think mascots are just kinda cool, no matter how weird they are.  Especially now that sports is such a big money thing, its funny that anytime teams play theres usually somebody jumping around in a giant fuzzy suit.

I personally think Big Red is the coolest cause he's a giant red mouth/blob.  Of course I'm biased....

Go ahead and vote.  Remember I said "cool", theres nothing cool about regular animals like tigers, and roosters, dogs, turtles and various birds... so don't go and promote your humdrum everyday mascot on this thread (and as you can see I'm not promoting Scratch even though I'm a rabid UK fan)  :D

Out of that list, I had to go with the slug.  Still, you don't find many schools using a wild pig.  Woo, pig sooiee!

BTW, my wife's high school was the Kewpies.  If nothing else, I'm sure it made their football team tough!

Indians?  Well, I guess it's unusual that they haven't (yet) knuckled under to the PC crowd who think that using Indian names for sports teams is offensive and racist.

The same people don't seem to complain about Celtics, or Irish, or Vikings, or Scots, or Swedes, or many others.
