I got moved too. From now on I suppose I'm relegated to posting in the "Non-traditional theology." I have yet to figure what some of the categories are such as "Devotionals," so I just stay away from that and the "Discussion" forums. I notice there is a fine line between "Theology" and "End Times," "Singles," "married," and those with any number of hang-ups; maybe they should be cast into our "Politics" forum. By all means do not stray into our "Organized Religion" forums; they'll eat you alive.

Other than that, I'm have a great time here.

I think most people post in General Discussion for then your post will get noticed, other titled topics seem not to attract a lot of people.

People want their most religious thought of the day or week read by as many people as possible & they were dumping them off in General discussion as if they wanted them discussed. (Which really doesn't happen: they usually are only looking for accolades)

These devotionals get very few replies & only hide & knock down the subjects that do get comments. (Not all subjects in Gen. are winers).

It was happening so much that the General Forum was looking like a blend between theo & devotional board. Not general subjects of interest. (IE Christian life)

If there aren't any normal, run of the mill, conversations in General forum what ends up happening is that this site attracts a whole lot of people with a religious axe to grind to deposit their teachings on us poor ignorant folk instead of having a place of community & relationships.

Larry, Marc, & highme (spelled Jaime) have been so busy fighting trolls & flamings that they had to let a lot of proper forum placement go. (We are all volunteers)

So, yes, for a while till people start putting threads in a proper forum you will see a lot of moving threads around to more suitable forums.

Newbies of course will take some time learning where certain subjects go. Old timers have been lax as it usually wasn't really enforced at all except occasionally.

With all of us new mods things will get better in time. But it will take time.
