Isaiah 65:20 says there will be babies born in Heaven.

Isaiah 65:20 describes the Millennial Reign, where mortal people will continue to marry and have children.

Isaiah 65:17 says it is the New Earth.

It isn't the New Earth, but we will be busy working with the Lord during the Millennium restoring the Earth. You have to use your head a little. It describes people dying and sinning and accursed. You should know that death, the cursed and sin will not have a place in the Kingdom.

That sounds suspiciously like the question the Pharisees used on Jesus to get him to deny the resurrection...

well yes, and He did reply that there are no marriages in heaven didnt He. In other words he was saying that none of us will be married in heaven.

I agree! We are Already the Bride of Christ..... Matt 22 is clear that the women spoken of in v-24-28 she will be no ones wife.... V29 Jesus tells them they err on 2 points - not knowing the scriptures that she won't be anyones wife and the power of God to resurrect the dead which they did not believe in v.23

the comment about being like the angels is another strike against marriage

We are not marrying BUT like the angels in heaven which shows (in contrast to marriage) they are Not married (angels).

Where does it say we will be working with the Lord? We will be planting gardens and building houses and having babies...Isaiah 65:17-24

Do you think Isaiah was wrong when he said it was the new heaven and earth?

Revelation 22:15 says sin will always be with us, just not allowed in Heaven.

Isaiah says there will always be ongoing salvation.

If you take the whole of scripture together, you know that we will not be in our mortal bodies during the Millennial Reign of Christ. We will be in our new glorified bodies, and ruling with Jesus. We will be the government, in charge of restoring earth after its devastation during the Tribulation, and in charge of all the nations who survive it. We won't be having any babies, but those who survive Tribulation will.

QuoteDo you think Isaiah was wrong when he said it was the new heaven and earth?

No, but you are wrong in presuming  that God, who will make a New Heaven and a New Earth in the end, is talking about that, because we know that takes place after judgment, and no one will remain in their mortal bodies to procreate, or die, or be cursed at that time, as spoken of in verse 20.

QuoteRevelation 22:15 says sin will always be with us, just not allowed in Heaven.

We aren't discussing heaven.

QuoteIsaiah says there will always be ongoing salvation.

In what way?
