Mana and how to get my current password?

Hello,

I'm having trouble finding some info.
1.  I do not know my current password and clicked on the keep my logged in forever.  I want to change my avatar with a tree pic that i have but it requires to enter my current password to alter my profile.  I've tried to change my password through the link but that also requires I use my current password.
2.  I do not understand how "mana'" works.  It looks like there are limits of how many you can give out but I don't know what the limits are.

Thank you for any information on there issues.  Who is the mod?

I'm also curious about the manna. I read in another thread that you have to have 50 posts to gain access to your manna link under your name, but I've seen people with less posts and the clickable manna link, and I do not have the manna link yet, but I have more than 50 posts...

Those new people with few posts will show the option of manna for you to click on. They won't be able to give it, but they can sure receive it...just like I am giving you right now!

2. There are only two restrictions imposed concerning manna, you must have at least 1 successful post, & you must wait 60 minutes before issuing manna to others...

Thank you Bob for assistance with logging in. I still cant figure out how to use my own avatar.  It is not an option on my profile.  It give me an option to use a URL which I have tried and does not work for me, don't want to use the existing avatars and the last one I have is "use no avatar" which I do not want to do either.  Please help me.  I have a few that I usually use, they are usually trees.
