I was sent a video on , not eating salad and you can loose weight fast in two weeks.

The only thing is for some reason they had the sound turned down and I could not hear the speaker.

And they said I think to only drink 8 ounces of water a day.............

Has any one gotten that or looked at it ?

It makes me wonder are they goofing around or what ?
