I want sex all the time. wife not so keen

Married for a year now and I'm like a dog on heat, all I want all of the time is sex, I don't however always get it. I think my wife fails to understand me I have tried speaking to her about it, but it only gets better for a while, we use to have such a great sex life

Hello, this is my first time replying a thread. When having a high sex drive it's not bad thing itself some external issues (work stress, sick relative,etc) may give you the need to "relax" ergo want to have sex. If this is not your case, I believe you have to be open to your wife and explain her how you feel and remember that sex is a thing between two people in love. Your wife might think you only want to "use" her to satisfy yourself.

Are you loving her as Jesus loved the church?  Are you meeting her emotional needs?

I started thinking about the same thing. Maybe his wife is lacking something and "cuts off" sex in a way to get even.
