I've fallen and I can't get up-

My mom recently had hip replacement surgery, and she's still a bit tottery on her feet while walking so I've had this fear of her falling. I found this video last night of a physical therapist demonstrating multiple ways to get up from the floor after falling. Thought I'd share it here as well as sharing it with her. Some of her techniques are quite creative.

I did  have some thing like this happen to me.

You need first to calm down and think....  and not  scare your self.

So you can find a way  up..............  I did it !!!!
