QuoteGod created the big bang and the natural law that has guided the non-biological development of the universe.  Then God created biological life and the natural law that has guided it from beginning.  Them God created the spirit of man making him in His own image, giving him the law for him to live by.

The above is like I said, completely extra biblical. Applying it therefore to the creation account of what Genesis plainly states, is unquestionably interpretation. Please explain how taking what Genesis plainly states, is creating an interpretation of what it simply says? Who writes a book to explain events which happened, and to teach certain facts and or principles, expecting every individual to take whatever they have said, and make whatever they wish of it. Is this not the original sin of the evil one himself.

Gen 3:1  Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2  And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3  But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4  And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5  For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Yes it is. God said one thing, then the devil reinterpreted what He said to mean something else far more than what He simply stated. And here we are.

Jer 23:15  Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the water of gall: for from the prophets of Jerusalem is profaneness gone forth into all the land. 16  Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. 17  They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you. 18  For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it? 19  Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. 20  The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly. 21  I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. 22  But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings. 23  Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off? 24  Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD. 25  I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. 26  How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; 27  Which think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbour, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal. 28  The prophet that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the LORD. 29  Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? 30  Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that steal my words every one from his neighbour. 31  Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith. 32  Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, saith the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their lightness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, saith the LORD. 33  And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the burden of the LORD? thou shalt then say unto them, What burden? I will even forsake you, saith the LORD. 34  And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say, The burden of the LORD, I will even punish that man and his house. 35  Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour, and every one to his brother, What hath the LORD answered? and, What hath the LORD spoken? 36  And the burden of the LORD shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his burden; for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the LORD of hosts our God. 37  Thus shalt thou say to the prophet, What hath the LORD answered thee? and, What hath the LORD spoken? 38  But since ye say, The burden of the LORD; therefore thus saith the LORD; Because ye say this word, The burden of the LORD, and I have sent unto you, saying, Ye shall not say, The burden of the LORD; 39  Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence: 40  And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.

Be careful. It is a dangerous thing to put words which the Lord has not ever spoken or inspired n to His mouth, as though we speak for Him, when He has not called us to do so.

Rom 1:18  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

Why will you exchange the glory of God's creation in the six days He has declared, no commanded, that He created it, for a tree of life created in the vain imaginations of those who think themselves wiser than God? Who have thereby become fools?

Yep.  Turns out, the serpent was a Biblical literalist.  He pretended to assume that when God said that Adam would die in the day that he ate from that tree, God meant a physical death.  He said that man would become like God if he ate from the tree.  The serpent deceived them by telling part of the truth, as God mentions later.  In fact, the death was spiritual, not physical.  Adam died spiritually that day, but did not die physically for many years thereafter.

All kinds of people say they can do all kinds of things, that they cannot. What they claim has neither been observed, nor can be observed, but from within their own laboratories where they create the conditions to make what they want to happen, happen. Which they may choose to believe did happen by faith in their preexisting views, but proves nothing regarding what actually did happen, which may not ever be observed. Until God himself reveals all.

This is not to mention the problems with that which they have determined, as addressed by those who do not agree with them. There suggestive proof, is nothing but a bailout mechanism, to continue defending the tenets of their chosen faith. The God of their own creation, not the God of creation revealed in Holy Scripture.

There you go, adding words to the bible again, which are not there. The only reason they did not die, was because the plan of salvation was already in place, by the divine foresight of God.

Rev 13:8  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

If the plan had not already been in place, they would have certainly died the day they ate from the forbidden tree. The merciful forethought of God alone has given humanity a period of probation to work out their own salvation, or not.

It's a matter of observed reaction rates.  And yes, they have seen how the process works.

All of this is in Genesis 3.  Might be useful for you to read it.  Would you like me to show you?

Just wanted to share this .....

Scientific theories claim that man descended from apes.
Now this theory has been discarded by Science itself.

Whereas the Holy Bible clearly stated that God made man in His own image.
Genesis 1:27 – "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."

Though God is Spirit but the words used in Genesis 1:27 are ....''So God created man in his own image. ''
What does this mean ? It clearly means that man was created in God's image.
This again shows that Scripture is contradictory to Science.

Again Scripture says ....John 1:1, 14 – "In the beginning was the Word... And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us."

1 Timothy 2:5 – "For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."

These verses clearly show that Christ came in human form & was a man.

Thus clearly showing that God did not make man descend from an ape as God sent Christ in human form.
And why would Father God have done an absurd thing like making man descend from apes!!!!
God is a reasonable Heavenly Father.

The most pathetic part is that even when science itself has totally discarded the theory of man descending from apes,
some people believe in science to such an extent that they still keep believing that man descended from apes.

Exodus 15:3 KJV: "The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name"
This verse again states ...''The LORD is a man..''
Again proving that God made man in His image.

Science is a subject which gives good information about medicines, cures etc.,
but for all those believers who respect Scripture, it can never replace The Holy Bible.
Now, science has cures & medicines for many illnesses,
but not for all.

And it has been clearly seen that praying to God or asking Saints to intercede to Christ or going to Christian Holy places has cured many believers.
In Scripture, it is written that when Apostle Peter used to pass by,
people would even wait for his shadow to fall on them,
so that miracles would take place.

Acts 5;12-16,
The Apostles Heal Many
12 The apostles performed many signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon's Colonnade. 13 ... they were highly regarded by the people. 14 Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. 15 As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter's shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. 16 Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed.

Reading any subject is okay as they can give good information,
but replacing them with Scripture is not correct for all those who truly respect God.

Some in the world, are actually so convinced by the theories of science,
that they wish that somehow it fits in with Scripture,
so they claim that the six day creation equals to the theories of science,
but God was not a writer of confusion,
instead stated everything clearly.

No, it is a matter of reaction rates created in a lab, by people with the exact intent and purpose of defending their religious faith. Which cannot be demonstrably observed. Only theoretically applied by those who wish such remains to be able to last hundreds of millions of years. That is all.

Repeating what is false, never makes it true. Nevertheless, stating that God did not mean what he simply stated as evolutionists do regarding the creation account, is not being a literalist. He interpreted what God had said, adding his own understanding and therefore deception to it. Much like evolutionists do.

You just gave us an example. We're just showing you that it means what he said.  Creationists reinterpret it to fit their wishes.

Observed.  Reaction rates, under specific conditions aren't adjustable. This is how we know some organic molecules can last for millions of years in the right conditions.

Quote from: Amo on Yesterday at 08:12:54by people with the exact intent and purpose of defending their religious faith.

That's not how chemists work.   They deal in testing, observation, and evidence.   You're thinking of the way creationists work:
