Hi
To keep it short, my wife and I have been together for almost 30years, married for 25 and adult children. It was never the love story but we ended up together, which is a whole chapter in its own.

We have been in a crisis and she did at times mention the word separation to which I usually reply with no.
Today we had a talk and she told me (as before already) how bad she feels with me and that I don't bring the best out in her. To which I replied (in frustration) that maybe we should think about separation.

There is a lot more to it but basically, since I brought it up, this seems the way we have to go. I should have been asking as to why she feels that way or how can we change that. This is where I always end up in all our discussions. I am not looking for sympathy here but wisdom in how to deal with it and your prayers. Thanks for letting me open up here.

Get some good marriage counselling. Preferably Christian.

Separation is rarely a good idea, it usually leads to divorce, so staying together and working on it is best.
