How do I reply to a thread?

I'm new here and I've been trying to figure out how to reply to a thread for about a half hour but without success. I've created an account and I'm logged in but just don't see any button to reply or an[/img][/img]ything close....

You see reply & quote in the top right corner of this post. If you want to just reply without quoting what that person says, hit the reply, or like I have done, quote you, & press return, to then reply underneath the quote, got it, good.
