My classical piano teacher would spin in her grave if she saw that. Weirdo that I am, during one lesson, I turned sideways on the bench and crossed my legs like that and started playing my piece. She looked at me like.....what in this world???? I said, "Sometimes when I practice at home I sit like that." She then gave me a little talk on respecting the instrument, the composers, etc. She was hard core, but also kind and a good teacher. She always smelled so pretty, too. Her name was Mrs. Octavia Sharp.- no joke.  ::noworries:: 

Thanks for posting this, Rella. It brought back some fond memories.
