Mrs. B thought it would be nice to have a sitting area in the back yard near the gate.   So...


But it looked a bit disconnected, so we connected it to the patio.

I'd like that.   It's obviously not done yet, and I've been learning from You Tube.    So it's a learning process for me.    We have really awful soil that expands and contracts a lot.    After I dug out the area, I pounded it down, put in a layer of decomposed granite and pounded that down, and then laid the pavers on a few inches of leveled sand.   I hope that works out.
