Amo, there is a vast difference between respecting one's mother & so bowing to her as King Solomon did,
& believing & worshiping your mother.
And King Solomon only bowed to his mother out of respect & not because he worshipped her.

1 Kings 2:19
 King James Version
19 Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a seat to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.

Similarly Christ Jesus respected, obeyed & loved both His parents but did not worship both his parents.
And Christ was filled with positive virtues of humility, serving others, sacrifice,
Love, compassion, mercy & light.
Christ was born to humble human parents. As Saint Joseph was a carpenter & Mother Mary was poor.

• Matthew 13:55 (ESV):"Is not this the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? And are not his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?"
Could not God have made both Saint Joseph & Mother Mary rich?
Was anything too hard for God? NO.
But God sent both Saint Joseph & Mother Mary as humble people.
And Saint Joseph, worked hard for a living, as a carpenter.
And Christ was born in human form to humble parents. This showed that God intended to send Christ as a humble human.

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Matthew 11:29-30

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
Mark 10:45

John 13:4–5, 14–15
"After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples' feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him... Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you."

2 Corinthians 8:9
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich."

 John 5:30 (NIV): "By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me."

Not to us, Lord, not to us
but to your name be the glory,
because of your love and faithfulness.
Psalm 115:1
To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Philippians 4:20

And Christ Jesus was so humble,
that He sacrificed His life to save humanity.
And this shows His love for humanity.
"For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." — Matthew 12:50 (NIV/ESV)
Philippians 2:5–8
"In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross!"

All very well. Nevertheless, all will bow before Jesus, including Mary. Nor need our Lord and Savior, King of kings, and Lord of lords bow before any but the Father. Nor is Mary His queen, but He is her and our Creator, Sustainer, Savior, Lord, King, and Master. Amen

Php 2:1  If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2  Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3  Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4  Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5  Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6  Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7  But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8  And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9  Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10  That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11  And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

1Co 15:20  But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23  But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24  Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25  For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26  The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27  For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28  And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

Amo, thanks for your reply.
Jesus is the Son of The Heavenly Father, who is God,
& Jesus is also God.
But since Mother Mary & Saint Joseph were His human parents,
so believers, will respect them also.

Philippians 2;9-11,
9 Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
    and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
    in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
    to the glory of God the Father.

Now Christ is the Son of God & God Himself,
but why did God send Him in human form?
Christ came in human form to save humanity & give them eternal life through His sacrifice.
But the coming of Christ, not only brought eternal life
to believers, but there was a special fragrance about the presence of Christ.
Wherever Christ went, there was love, because that is what He is.

We believers have been blessed to have a loving Saviour like Him.
Christ is freedom, not enslavement.
His presence in human form brought healing, both physical & emotional.
He performed many miracles.
Though Christ is supreme & blessed by the power of God,
yet He was gentle & kind in spirit.
Is there any quality that Christ did not have?
Christ had every virtue in Himself.
Christ was caring & loving, yet courageous & with inner strength.

He is the true God, loving, humble, caring, full of mercy, compassionate & with light.
He is indeed the greatest gift for all of us believers.
Is there anything more precious than loving Christ?
Christ is the most precious & the BESTEST FRIEND we all have,
& also being our loving Father.
There is something that words cannot describe about Christ's presence.

Wherever His name is stamped,
there is a perfumed fragrance that remains there.
Christ's teachings reflected His beautiful heart, soul & spirit.
And His teachings bring eternal joy, peace, smiles, comfort, warmth, happiness & light.
For us believers, Christ is like the rainbow in the clouds,
He is like the sun after the cold winter,
He is like the small, soft raindrops which fall on the earth,
He is like the sweet fragrance in a flower garden.

And one of the most beautiful stories in The Holy Bible is that of the friendship of Christ & Apostle John.
This showed Christ's love & Apostle John's faithfulness,
Amen.
There is no one like Christ & never can be.
And we Christians are blessed to have The Holy Trinity ...The Father, Son & The Holy Spirit.
The bestest gift that God gave to all of us believers is that of the everlasting love of Christ,
Amen, Amen & Amen.
May God's blessings continue on the Jews & Christians.

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever.
John 14:16

'Never again will they hunger;
never again will they thirst.
The sun will not beat down on them,'
nor any scorching heat.
For the Lamb at the center of the throne
will be their shepherd;
'he will lead them to springs of living water.'
'And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.'
Revelation 7:16-17

"God is love"
1 John 4:8

Whom have I in heaven but you?
And earth has nothing I desire besides you.
Psalm 73:25

Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago.
Isaiah 25:1

How great you are, Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you, and there is no God but you, as we have heard with our own ears.
2 Samuel 7:22

For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.
Hebrews 3:4

We love because He first loved us.
1 John 4:19
Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.
Psalm 34:8

Just imagine dry earth, cracked, with bare trees,
dried leaves scattered,
no flowers or fruit, on the branches,
no little birds flying on the branches,
the unforgiving blazing sky,
not a drop of rain,
& then imagine, the clouds rumbling,
& the start of little raindrops falling,
& then the rain increases,
bringing life back to the dried parched land,
the green grass appears,
the branches start becoming green,
little animals & birds begin to fly near the trees,
& build their nests,
& the trees are filled with fruit,
that is the magical effect of the rain on the dry parched earth.

Christ is also like the small, soft raindrops which fall on the dry earth.
His eternal love brings a glow in the hearts of believers, peace, joy & smiles.
And just like the rain, Christ's sacrifice also brings eternal life to all the believers.
And just like Christ resurrected, so will all the believers get everlasting life through Him,
Amen.

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
John 11:25-2

Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.
Revelation 20:6

Quote from: pppp on Wed Oct 14, 2026 - 19:13:35Amo, whatever stories that I mentioned are ABSOLUTELY true.
These stories are about our Christian Saints, Martyrs, our brave kings, knights & soldiers.
And these TRUE stories are literally written in the blood of our Christian Warriors,
these stories are literally written by the tears of our helpless people.
These stories are about the struggles of our Christian people.
And yet despite these painful moments,
God never left their side.

He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Isaiah 40:29

That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
2 Corinthians 12:10

The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him.
Psalm 28:7

But I will sing of your strength,
in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
my refuge in times of trouble.
Psalm 59:16

Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
Jeremiah 32:17

The Sovereign Lord is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to tread on the heights.
Habakkuk 3:19

And that is why Christendom still survives.
And since Our God made this world & He is the TRUE living God for us believers,
so Christianity, Christians & the Jews will always be surrounded by His sacred love, mercy & compassion,
Amen, Amen & Amen.

What I pray for is that our Christian people  should remain UNITED.
And that TOGETHER, they may stand up for each other,
against the storms & tides that every era brings.
And that's what God wishes.
Amen.

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10

But those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
2 Thessalonians 3:3

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
Ephesians 6:10

Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, Lord, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all.
1 Chronicles 29:11
Amen.

 Those stories could be absolutely true. God's strength and mercy in suffering are reasons for thanksgiving. But a true account of someone's experience does not thereby become God's inspired word or establish a doctrine.

I believe God is no longer adding to his completed book of prophecy. Accounts of saints, martyrs, kings, and soldiers must therefore be tested by Scripture; they cannot add to or overrule it.

"To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." — Isaiah 8:20, KJV

God also warns against those who claim his authority without his commission:

"I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied." — Jeremiah 23:21, KJV

If we treat religious stories as new revelation, what prevents any religion from saying, "Thus saith the LORD," when he has not spoken?

Let us give God the glory for his help and seek unity in his truth. Human testimony may illustrate the gospel; it does not become the gospel's authority.

garee, thank you for your reply.
I'm not adding anything to Scripture.
In The Holy Bible, it is clearly stated that nothing should be subtracted or added.
I simply wrote that in earlier eras,
when Christians & Christianity were being p*rsecuted,
then from all denominations, religious people including Saints, martyrs, kings, knights, soldiers & when the numbers were too small, even the common man had to join forces, in order to save Chritendom.
And these stories are true, not fiction at all.

And in many cases, even though the Christian forces were heavily outnumbered, but
due to prayers by the Rosary, & by the intercession of Mother Mary to Christ, & due to many Christians praying together,
Christians were victorious. And these stories are absolutely true.
In fact, there was a story, when Christians began to starve, had very little forces,
& yet numbers cannot define anything.

It was due to the continuous prayers by a Priest, holding the Crucifix high,
(because prayers are very powerful),
the courage & faith of the soldiers, common men who joined, their king & ultimately the miraculous blessing of Christ that made the Christians win & saved Christendom.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
Romans 12:12

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:6-7
Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
Jeremiah 29:12

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
1 John 5:14

Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Hebrews 4:16
For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.
Matthew 18:20

These true stories, show the continuous presence of Christ in every era.
And numbers may convince  heathen, that they would have won,
but Christ alone holds the decision of victory in His Hands.
Is anything too hard for God?? NO.
God is all supreme.
And doesn't He see or saw the pain & suffering of His people?
Whether in those eras or in any era,
but God sees the immense suffering & pain of His people.
And just like King David & Joshua,
whom God helped,
He still helps His people.
And to guide His children, He gave the Scripture, which tells about keeping the faith, staying united under the banner of Christ,
to pray together & stand by each other through thick & thin & let the Cross lead the way.

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
Deuteronomy 31:8

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10

But those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31

But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.
2 Thessalonians 3:3

I love you, Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
Psalm 18:1-2

And these true stories of God's immense help & victory through Him,
show believers that God never abandoned His people & never will, Amen.
And that His presence shows His mercy, compassion & everlasting help for believers.
