Christianity is not only the true religion which teaches about light but also teaches its believers about life's daily problems & also to stand up for others.
Sometimes it seems that in the world full of mortals, pain has become immortal.
And the poor mortal conscious mind is incapable of dealing with this unbearable pain,

But sadly the mortal world is too busy in its own schedules.
And in their distracted minds neither are they able to help others nor themselves.
And even when they try to help themselves,
Its only with the fake distractions created by Satan himself.
Whereas its the Holy Bible which is the true sustainer of everything.
When God's people go through pain,
They ask God for relief, for peace, inner strength & the courage to go through this pain.
God not only relieves emotional pain which people go through but also gives guidance which is impossible to find elsewhere.

Physical pain though traumatic can be healed by taking medicines,
but emotional pain is like a wound to the soul,
which cannot be healed so easily.
This emotional pain is like a shadow which just doesnot leave.
Ordinary shadows do but not the constant shadows of emotional pain
which become constant friends.
And many believers of God continue to go through emotional pain.
They appear tobe  just like everyone,
working or studying, driving to work, shopping,
cooking, whatever they must be doing to stay busy,
but in their hearts,
they are desolate, lonely, pained, troubled, tired, hurt,
& yet they keep smiling,
maybe even helping others,
sometimes others may never realize what these pathetic people maybe going through,
they may appear quiet at times, maybe distant or kind of reclusive,
but its not that they maybe that way,
it could just be that they may be going through tough times,
smiling & talking to others, putting up a brave front in front of others but silently weeping in their hearts,
that is why if without knowing what others maybe going through,
people should avoid making comments or statements which may not help at all & instead cause more distress to those going through traumatic times.

That is why always say a kind word, show compassion & shower the sacred love of God wherever you might go,
because you may never know whom you may help or cheer up in their dull day.

But when God's people go through pain,
Though not easy to bear,
Bringing more misery & discomfort,
But the soul which crumbles under the weight of this emotional pain,
Becomes soft & begins to get transformed.
Because the emotional wound is where the light of God enters.
This light consists of comfort, peace & healing.
Give yourself to God & experience this healing,
As if the emotional pain is just moved away.
This is not ordinary healing,
It is a divine gift.
And once this light enters the soul of those who are in emotional pain,
It forms a bond between the troubled person & God,
A bond which never breaks,
& from this point, the life of troubled person begins to get transformed.

That is why never fear emotional pain,
Instead even if people have no one to ask for help,
At least they have God,
& when God removes pain, it is permanent.
Bringing peace, comfort & inner strength.
And no matter how hard the journey of life,
Never stop to help others & thus show your gratitude to God.
Let not life's circumstances define the relationship you may have with God.
Because Satan gives pain but God removes it.

That is no matter how painful the journey of life becomes,
just remember sometimes the last thing left is to be strong in your heart & spirit.
And just give your troubles to God,
& you'll soon find yourself in a much better position.
You'll become more resilient, courageous & peaceful.
And people should also be more understanding, sympathetic & kind towards others.
This is divine,
