My friend, Lynda Hamilton, has asked me to help her search for a 24-hour live-in companion who can serve as Lyndas "hands." Lynda's dear, devoted mother died this week.

Lynda is hoping her new companion will be a Christian who is comfortable at her church of Christ congregation. She does not have to be a nurse since Lynda's only issue is that she can't independently dress herself, attend to her basic hygiene (toothbrushing, bathing, grooming, toilet), or put food or drink in her own mouth. Lynda does the driving, cooking, much of the house-cleaning and has many devices to keep her as independent as possible in her work as a teacher and painter. So, it is a great job for a friendly, not over-bearing, intelligent, active, single woman who is in -- or looking for -- a long-term life-transition.

If you know of a woman you think might be suitable and interested in being Lynda's companion, please send me an IM.
