Knock, Knock, is it safe to come in?

a sweet post.  nice to hear from you again.  i'm thankful you visited.  did you have a good holiday?

"Is it safe to come in?", BH asks himself.

He walks around GCM Land and sees Wiley at his desk reading a thread in the  Theology Forum.  "Come on in BH and stay a while" says Wiley.  BH is cautious but shakes Wiley's hand all friendly like and then proceeds onwards.

BH observes some of the different threads and feels right at home, but he turns a corner  running right into Janine. The two knock each other over and cause Janine to spill a lot of papers.  "Sorry Janine" he says, "I did not see you coming with all of those papers there.  What are they anyway?"

Janine says "Oh, they are all those "feel nice and cozy" emails  I sent you while you were banned.  This bunch I had prepared for Shumby."

All of a sudden Shumby shows up and helps BH and Janine pick up all the emails that were dropped on the floor.  Sue just smiles quietly and procedes to follow Janine and BH into the GCM Great Hall.  There we see Arkstfan, pdwblw, Haweye, Jerry Brooke, Julie Danley, Skip, Patriciaredstone, and everyone else preparing for a great feast.  The turkey is all stuffed with stuffing and the mashed potatos are whipped.  The corn is fresh and the mustard greens smell absolutely devilish.

Then Booty comes out of the blue holding President Chavez by the ear.  Booty is giving him a long lecture on how to behave himself as president of Venezuela.  Oh, I forgot, that mess hasn't been solved down there yet.  Maybe Booty will teach the man something this time around.

So we all sit down to eat our meal and start having a good time.  We talk about a variety of things: religion, politics, family, Iraq, friends, loved ones, ect. and really enjoy ourselves.

Finally, Lee  Wilson shows up late and gets on the stage that fills the north side of the Great Hall.  He points straight at BH and says "Well, did you learn anything the past month while you were banned?"

"Yes I did Lee, I learned there were over 47 computers within a 10 mile radius I could use to access this discussion board, and you never know it was me!!!!" :p :p  :p

SERIOUSLY

I learned to be much more respectful to other posters on the board and not take them for granted.  When I got banned I recieved around 12 emails asking what had happened to me--folks were ACTUALLY WORRIED.  Also, even when everyone found out I was banned (But STILL ALIVE)the emails kept coming.  People here also searched out other web discussion boards I was on just to post a "Hi BH" message.   I did not realize that I meant that much to you people.  I won't take you for granted like I did before and learned to appreciate your friendships.

Did you have to say "BH is no longer with us"?  Now thanks to you, somebody's gonna think I rose from the dead!!!!

Loved your post, I know Janine is in charge of spilling the tea around here, but you did a fine job of it as well.

Wiley he did cheek you proper with the raising from the dead quip!!! LOL!!!  

I have been gone for technical reasons my own self. I missed this board, it is special. It's the Lord's love which makes it so!
