Hey John!  Good to see you on here already.

Hello to everyone else.  My name is Wiley Clarkson and some will recognize it as I have been posting a little now and then.  
I am a member of the Granbury Church CoC, am active on numerous discussions lists and boards as time permits (including Al Maxey's).  I have my own web site at http://www.clarksons.org which has articles, links, papers, and business pages. I am 53, married to a really great woman for almost 28 years, have three daughters (25, 23, & 23).  The oldest is married and the Children's Minister at Turnpike CoC in Grand Prairie, TX.  I also help take care of the Granbury CoC web site.  I work in Nuclear Security at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station in Glen Rose, Texas.  If you plan to attend "Stream in the Desert" in Midland, TX, look for me there.  Same with the ACU Lectureships.

And if you haven't already figured it out, have known John for many years!

Hello all,

My name is John M. Fair and I live in Amarillo, TX.  I am married and have three daughters, two grandsons.  I grew up in the RM, more accurately in the cofC.  My father as well as my grandfather were elders.  I attended Susnset School of Preaching in the early 90's and preached full time for cofC for some time.

My time is now split between my "day job" as sales manager for a national retail chain and my writing and public speaking.  I am a member of the board of directors of the Panhandle Professional Writers Group and edit the group's newsletter.  I am also active in the Amarillo Chapter of Inspirational Writers Alive.  

Currently Debbie (my wife) and I attend the Body of Christ @ Amarillo South, a non-denominational congregation that grew out of the cofC.  Amarillo South started a little less than seven years ago with 35 members and recently surpassed 1000 in membership.  It is amazing what God can do when you get out of His way and let Him work.

Well, that is the short version.  I look forward to getting to know everyone better as time goes on.
