i will forever regret selling my voltron whole connected set (one giant robot out of 5 or 6 others!) in a garage sale at 10 years old!

Bon Voyage

In 2005, the Decepticons have retaken the transformer home planet Cybertron from the Autobots.  The Decepticons attempt to take out the Earth base of the Autobots.  During the battle, Optimus Prime and Megatron battle.  By deception, Megatron mortally wounds Optimus Prime.  But Megatron is in poor shape and is found by Unicron, a devourer of planets, and transformed into Galvatron, who leads the Decepticons under Unicron's guidance.

Will the Transformers prevail?

I thought it was good.  Nice to have a little bit of nostalgia from childhood.  I picked it up at Wal-Mart for under $6.

The animation wasn't the best, but the movie is 16+ years old.

Loved the transformers movie.  Thanks for the reminder - I think I may rent/buy it soon to watch it again.

Anyone remember the Thundercats?

I didn't like the Thundercats much the second time around, they played it on Cartoon Network for awhile.

As far as GI Joe goes.  I rewatched the movie yesterday.  I bought it at the same time I bought Transformers.  Same price.  A review will be coming.

Ah, but before that came Voltron!

If not for garage sales and anal-retentive mom's, we'd all be rich... or maybe things just wouldn't be worth as much.

I dated a girl once whose father used to bemoan putting the Mickey Mantle card in the spokes of his bicycle wheel when he was a kid in Brooklyn.  Worth seems to be created by our childish innocence.

I too was a Voltron fan.  I too had a mother who sold the whole Voltron Robot set for like a quarter at a yard sale.  :frowning:
