Have you become more nervous driving over bridges since Wednesday's horrible bridge collapse?

I voted yes - but I hated crossing them before the bridge collapsed. The worst is crossing the Mississippi between Tennessee and Arkansas. It's such a long bridge, and knowing there's a fault line right along there doesn't exactly give me warm fuzzies.

There's an old bridge near where I live that runs over the lake. It's OLD and narrow, and I hate it, too.

Then there's one in OK on the turnpike that arches really high. I've always been afraid that I'd get to the top and the other side would be gone.

Yeah. I'm a world-class worrywart.

Nevertheless

Nope.  I just don't worry about stuff like that.

I do get nervous meeting wide vehicles on narrow bridges, but only when it actually happens.  I don't fret over it.

I am in God's hands and don't worry about about what MIGHT happen. If I did I would be worried ALL the time and couldn't function.

Nevertheless

I found out yesterday that my son was in Minneapolis on a business trip that day and drove down I35.  That kind of gave me a strange feeling.
