Weight Loss (I'm a doctor)

I'm a Christian doctor, and I have personal experience losing 75 pounds and keeping it off for 25 years. I studied nutrition at Cornell, and was involved in obesity research while I was there. If you are interested in learning in my views on weight loss and how they relate to our Christian faith, I'd be happy to get together with you online and share my education, training, experience, and most importantly: my revelations from God.

I realize there are a lot of posts out there, and I'm not sure of how many people read them. Honestly, I don't have a lot of time to do things like this, and I'm only interested in doing it if people actually read what I write and interact with me on the subject.

Many of us on the internet have grown skeptical of people who claim to be something they are not.  I am not trying to lump you in with that group of people, but how do we know that you are a doctor and not simply someone who plays a doctor on television or someone who stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night?

Then, go to Norman Regional Hospital's website (Norman, Oklahoma) and click on the link to the individual physicians. You will see the same picture. Or, go to facebook.com. I am there, too, and I mention my book.

Or just google my name plus the hospital's name. Or go to the aapmr.org website and seach for me. That's the website for the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Click on Oklahoma on the map and you'll find me.

I wish I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express last night. Somebody would have cleaned my room and made me breakfast. And maybe they would have had a hot tub to soak in..........nice.
