What is manna?

I'm pretty new to this site and was just wondering about manna.

God created it and sent it down to the Israelites in the wilderness when He brought them out of the captivity to the Egyptians. It's described in Exodus 16:31 as "like coriander seed, white, and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey."

Are you talking about the biblical manna or the manna found in the profile box?

If someone writes something that you think is really cool, or profound you can give them manna.

I think you need to have something like 50 posts... (I'm not exactly sure) before you can give manna.  After that, you will see a place that says 'add to manna' under the person's manna count.  You just click on that to add to their manna.

I don't give manna as often as I should.  I forget it's there.  But I'll give you some now... Just because. :)
