Is there anyone else out there who thinks Metroid was possibly the greatest game ever? I miss it.

MP: Corruption for the Wii looked pretty good.  I heard it got decent to great ratings.  I've always wanted to play a Metroid Prime game, especially the one for the GameCube because that and Star Fox Adventures were the highlight games of the year.  I actually played the demo at Wal-Mart and, to be honest, the graphics were pretty bad.  I was on a platform in space or something and I shoot some walls, just to check out the graphics on those.  They were pretty good.  I started jumping and I accidentally jumped off, about 10 feet or so.  I didn't fall.  Then I was walking back and I fell to my doom.  Still looked like a good series though.

I have all 3 Prime games and still think Super Metroid (Metroid with better graphics) is the best.  Love the whole series.

Yeah, I need to buy an original Super Nintendo and buy that game. I sold it all when I bought my Play Station. I've seen used Super Nintendos in video game stores for $20. I just couldn't justify it because I don't have time to play video games.

I got mine as a Wii Download.  I miss the SNES but still love being able to kill the Mother Brain in High Def...lol.

Super Metroid is popular in our household, and still gets played. Single player limitation puts it down our list, though.
