I have scary eyes, people stare at on the road and everywhere I go, I usually squint my eyes or wear sunglasses , when people stare at me , I hide behind something so they don't see me

I know the bible says I shouldn't care what others think, but its so hard when people keep on staring at you

do you think God can change the way I look? its just the eyes need a tiny bit of work
do I sound like I'm trying to please people ?

if god doesn't change the way I look , I'm gonna get plastic surgery, but that wont help much , cause my doctor said my eyes will go back to its own state after few months to years

PS , I just want people to stop staring at me and pointing at me ,I don't care if they like me or not

what can I do ?iv been begging god for months now to change the way my eyes look

Accept the way you look as the way you have been created by God, then possibly find a way to use it for his glory.

God is not going to change the way your eyes look any more than He would cause a new arm to grow from a stump, or correct a cleft pallet you've had for thirty years.

That's the answer to your question.

What you do about it, is up to you.

He said "I doubt it" and he is right. If God does not change your physical appearance, it is for a reason. Just like if we wake up tomorrow and come back to this forum to type...its for a reason.

Are you a nice person? If yes, I would gladly be friends with you, appearance isn't very important to me. One of my best friends from High School had a brain tumor removed and now half of his face looks like its falling off his bones (nerve damage).

Doesn't change that he is my friend, I love him as a brother, and he's one of the funniest people I know. There is nothing wrong with you, it is the people who stare...who have a problem.

Sorry....slippery cursor.

I seriously doubt that God has re-grown a limb for an amputee. He doesn't seem to do that very often in the hospitals I frequent, or the charter schools, or the veterans' homes.

I still don't buy it.

But, if you do, then go on and hope that God changes your eye.

That's OK with me.

On a side note, some growth is known after amputation, there are artificial skins that do exist, and there are compounds that reportedly can re-grow skin.

That's biology and science, not God.

ex cathedra

What if God wanted you to have eyes you could not see out of.

If you question his will because he gave you wonderful  eyes that can see .
do you ever wonder what it would be like having
having   eyes that can't see. And yet their are christian people who thank God for eyes that cant even see.

And they realy mean it and would not want it any other way. Because they see even this as a blessing from God.

For crying out loud what you do look like! cause i didnt see in my entire life the eyes that's so scary as what you are trying to say.

Can you show me your eyes how it looks? Maybe you have a beautiful eyes and everybody is looking because they like it. Or maybe you have a sharp eyes that is really hard to ignore. I see people with those kinds of eyes and I love to see it. In fact I admire different kinds and shapes of eyes.

So, would you show your eyes and allow me to say what it really look like?  ::kissing::

Quoting dino_1989 - why wont he change the way i look? its just a tiny bit ,

i thought all thinks are possible with God

Response - All things are possible with God, and there is nothing hard for the Lord. It is possible you haven't asked Him, or since you seem to be mocking God now, is it possible you are not in Christ and He does not listen to you? Proverbs 15:29. "The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous."

The other likelihood is that it is His will to have you laughed at, and no prayer is going to change your eyes. I think I would be thankful that I have eyes, rather than attempting to create doubt in believers; God could take away your eyes altogether.
