What qualification does the bible give for one to be a pastor of a christian church .

A lot of  people  rave about so called house churches yet most dont have qualified pastors.
most claim to have no pastor and those that say they do  , Their pastors are not  well trained in the bibles doctrines even not understanding the use of  getting the bibles two main messages to people. .

Qulifications to be a christian pastor.

"The qualifications for elder-bishop-pastor are found in two places: a. In Paul's instructions to Timothy - 1 Timothy 3:1-7. B- In paul's charge to Titus - Titus 1:8-9. Note that these passages describe what an elder-bishop-pastor must be.

Titus 1:8-9
8 Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. 9He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.""""

1 Timothy 3:1-7 (New International Version)

1 Timothy 3
Overseers and Deacons
1Here is a trustworthy saying: If anyone sets his heart on being an overseer, he desires a noble task. 2Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect. 5(If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?) 6He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. 7He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap.

If you want to practice law, you have to go to college, then law school, then pass a Bar exam. Arguably, the Christian Bible is even more complex then our law, yet any fool fresh out of prison for a drug conviction is allowed to call himself a minister and set up shop. I've never understood why society allows it.

I have heard pastors in the UK say that going to college to train nearly lost them their faith becuase many of the theologians who teach there are not even Christians and spout unbelief. Many of the best teachers who I have heard have had no theological training but they are greatly gifted by God and annointed to preach. We have teachers in our church who are just lay people and they are such gifted teachers.
Did Paul go to college? No, God gave him what he needed directly. he does this today, in great measure.
if God calls someone to be a pastor He will give them what they need without them having to go to Bible college or similar.

So God is unable to give pastors  what they need through ordinary ways ?

such as Godly seminary's And bible believing colledges.

I think  bible believing seminarys and colledges that prepare men to be pastors
are truly a gift of God.

A lot of people don't make it through law school either. I'm sure they have their excuses too.
