Ok to get directly into it. Me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly a year. We compliment each other well, we do not have sex. I am still a virgin, he has no wish to change this, however their is sexual tension between us both. Though we have never had intercourse i wonder if knowing that i think of him in sexual ways means are relationship will not be blessed by God. i am fairly young i've had two boyfriends before him however i've never felt this way around one person. Honestly i admit we may have did somethings that arecompletely innocent, i have repented of my sins we both have confessed and made a agreement as well as boundaries to keep the feelings or lust under control. both of us having strong beliefs in God i believe this is the only area we lack however are working on, i believe Gods word to be true that he has forgiven us and we can start anew however im not sure what the scripture speaks directly on this matter. We both have seriously discussed and agreed that we seek a lifetime commitment and marriage, however im still in college and wish to pursue many things before this happens. Should i leave him because he tempts me or should i stay and build upon on a relationship that like every other has flaws?

Hi and welcome here
If you keep to the boundaries then I cant see what the problem is. If you are going to marry of course you will have such feelings for him. If you didnt then I would wonder if you should be getting married anyway. We should be physically attracted to our spouse/future spouse. If you have said sorry for things that you have done before then they are forgiven and past. Just avoid being alone or doing anything that may make it harder to control the sexual feelings. Sex is good and normal, its just that God says to wait till marriage.
