One of the most common teachings from Genesis to Revelation is that only God has the right to Command, Example or even infer what HIS WILL IS.

The problem is that people do not grasp that church (ekklesia or synagogue) is a school (only) of the Word of Christ (only). That began just out of the Red Sea sending prophets to warn the Israelites and was codified in the Qahal, synagogue or Church of Christ in the Wilderness. There, Christ defined it both inclusively and exclusively.

Just before Jesus was transfigured and then lived in His post resurrection, Spirit body, He defined the CENI as worship not quit like FALLING ON YOUR face or the MUSICAL practices marked as lying wonders.  He identified the ONLY worship concept in the New Testament.

Buff the Reformer (other thread) is an ANTI-instrumental ANTISM.  Whatever he says is pouring out wrath on those who refuse to use musical instruments in a Church of Christ and know that from the Garden of Eden to the end time Babylon Mother of Harlots (Rev 17) Christ MARKS all of the hypocritic arts (rhetoric, singing, playing instruments) as well as the craftsmen--theater builders and stage managers--as sorcerers (Rev. 18).  As Christ did in Isaiah 30, John consignes them all to the Lake of Fire. Therefore, being Biblically literate, it is not likely that many Churches of Christ will fire the preacher and impose instruments and performers to DO their worship for them. So, Buff will just have to do what others in the sect accuse the invaded: one guru says in effect that those "being INVADED turn around and mount a DEFENSE." Too bad, too sad, you will just have to whine on because the Bible (for disciples only) often uses the INSTRUMENT as more the MARK than cause of having fallen from Grace. Revelation 17-18 is being perfectly fulfilled and I am awake with my clothes with me and ready to fly away

However, defining those who refuse to participate with those who use "machines for doing hard work" in what Christ from the wilderness onward and the Campbells called A School of Christ, is twisting all recorded history. John Locke Heresy and Schism defines the INVADED as innocent and the INTRUDER as the sectarian. Isn't that always the case, beginning with Adam.
