OK...since we seem to have amongst us some curious guys...I thought I would start a thread to get the women to read what we guys write but can't say anything about except in their own forum...

I wonder how long it will take for them to say something about this thread over in their forum.

I notice there is a generational difference in the understanding of the word "thong". To us old farts, it refers to rubber flip flops. My wife gets on to me occasionally at my misuse!

Yeah, leggings on good lookers are........like you said. I liken it to walking around with spray painted clothing. Not something modest women ought to be seen in. They used to be worn under long shirt like tops at least down to mid thigh. I saw a young lady at church last week with these on and a top that didn't cover her butt. I almost ran into a big column in our gathering space! It should be a rule, spray painted leggings should only accompany tops that are at least mid thigh. And of course it seems the slightly to moderately overweight want to fit in as well.

A preacher we had 20 or so years ago, had a great line in a sermon, "If 2 ton Tessie wants to show her butt in public, she has as much right to do so as a shapely young lady does." He was of course being facetious in order to excentuate the stupidity of the whole thing.

As you know, I agree that it silly for women to explain the inner workings of a man as if she was one!  (and vice versa)  While I understand the need to be careful and wise and untrollish etc, there MUST come a time when a man knows more about being a man than a woman ever will!  (and vice versa)  

and, my official stance:  Down with thongs!  officially.

Are you addressing this to me? If you are................WHY?  It sounds similar to me asking you if you have always been black. Of course I wouldn't do that. Therefore I assume you have grossly misinterpretted something, or you are talking to someone else.

We do have a Janine that is a moderaor. My screen name is Jaime pronounced Hi-Me (a spanish version of Jim or James) My real name is not Jim or James. It is a long story, but there is a story. I lived in El Paso for 5 years and my best friends two year old daughter couldn't say my real name Randy, so the best she could do was HI-Me. I simply applied the spanish spelling for the phonetic name Hi-me.

I thought maybe you were giggin' me for my prudish view of tights and thongs.

I checked the history on my PM's and I don't show a message recently from you.

I don't like it when a woman wears a thong that you can see outside her pants.  I don't know how else to describe it but those of you who have seen it know what I mean.  It's not sexy.  I have the same reaction I do to those dudes who puff their boxers out above their low-slung pants.  Thankfully you see that less and less these days.  I don't find it obscene or shocking, just childish.  A beautiful woman on the beach in a thong bikini? Well if you don't appreciate that then you dont deserve testicles.

Oh you are so right about that.  And there is also the capri pants, the short pants usually with a flowery print.  Back during the nineties only the sexiest high maintenance women wore them and they looked GOOD!  But now, every all terrain vehicle looking cow wears 'em and they are forever ruined for me.

I was forced to quit my membership at a gym.  There were other reasons including trimming the budget, but this helped add up to my decision.  It's hard to stay pure of heart when you're a guy on an an elliptical behind a woman on an elliptical who's dressed like a poll-dancer.     Most of the women appeared to have spent as much time primping and prodding before they exercised as they did after.  And they weren't dressed for a work-out.

And then there was "naked dude" who would walk around the locker room, blow dry his hair, sit on the benches that everyone else sat on!!, and seemed to think it was perfectly fine.  But I digress.

Fourteen year-olds with "tramp" printed on the back side of their pants... I digress again.

I have to admit that I like it when my wife wears them, but I don't need to be seeing this stuff anywhere else.

Over at FCN (my previous forums) men and women were not allowed to discuss sexual issues in the same folder.  THey also had the names of all logged in readers/ viewers/ posters at the top of each thread.  I frequently saw several ladies checking out the Mens sexual topic threads, especially the one-stop on masturbation.  So when I noticed them I would post

"HI GIRLS!!!! "

I get the curiosity.  I really do.

I know of a couple who can't stand not knowing every word we say over here.

There was  time of common decency!  It was that way for me growing up.  We didn't talk like trashy pot mouths.  Even the word 'hard' was not allowed in our home when I was a boy.  From now on I would like for you to not use the H word.  Just instead of saying "that homework was h*rd" , say "that homework was difficult." 
It is only in this way that we can be more wholesome and pure.

I suppose hardwood is out of the question than, softwood would be less morally objectionable?  Unfortunately softwood does not have the stamina of hardwood when one wants something to last for a long period of time.  I suppose steel might be doable, I know when I erected erections with my erector set they were quite firm and lasting.

Really Danny, There are greater evils in this world than worrying about a few vague double entendres.

Danny - I suspect you have been abused in one way or another, and that includes a lot of overly negative information on sexual issues.

God made us sexual creatures, male and female, In HIS OWN IMAGE. God and the bible are pro-sex (within the covenant of marriage) and it is reflective of HIS GLORY and an example of how He relates to us on some level.

For anything a woman wears, if it is appropriate to their stature it is wonderful.  The beauty and purpose of a thong is in not seeing it at all.  Sometimes I wish everyone would remember that the aim of dressing well is to sell it, not give it away.
