Ok let me start from the beginning, i used to be in a relationship with a lovely young lady. From the beginning of the relationship we saw each other every day because we enjoyed each others company. The first couple of months everything was great still loved to be around each other and had zero fights. She would say that im perfect and that she wants to be with me forever and wanted to marry me. This continued on for 6 months. On the 7 month we began to have a few problems, she said she had commitment problems, that having a one and only for now and forever is a little nerve racking, but she wanted to make it work. She also added that she liked to flirt alot, and was "boy-crazy". She said that she was young, that she had commitment issues for that reason. So after a week or so we decided to go on a break for an unaloted amount of time. She said that im am to good of a catch to give up forever. Well a few days after the break started i saw that she was hanging out with this guy she dated for a week or two before we met. A couple more days went by and i couldnt take it anymore it approched her about and said that we need to talk about our break and relationship. Long story short we decided to break up because i was to grown up and stuff. A couple hours later she put up on her facebook that she was dating the other guy. (The other guy has cheated on his other girlfriends in the past). Also i should add that in our relationship we engaged in sinful activities. Now i am trying to become a better Christan.

Ok heres my question; I absolutely love this girl i opened up my heart to her and genuinely wanted to be with her, still do. Im willing to forgive her for what she has done and help her to become a better person and grow out of this bad stage in her life. What should i do?

I would say to let her go. She is no where near ready for a proper relationship and she is now with another guy.

crazykid, you didn't say how old you are, or your ex. I get the idea that you're both very young and inexperienced.

But generally speaking, I think you both need to date around for a while before settling on a lifetime soul mate. That way, you both can make an informed decision that's not just based on sex or infatuation.

Sorry to hear about what happened. I agree that you need to let her go. You WILL get over her in time. I know that seems hard to imagine but trust me YOU WILL. Every one of us faces the same issue of finding someone who will be as totally devoted to us as we are to them.

It can take time to meet someone who aligns with you. This girl definately did not match up. It hurts an awful lot, this journey of seeking a place for your heart to come to rest forever with a true soulmate, but the alternative is to be single, and most of us do not want that nor are gifted by the Holy Spirit to endure it. Get busy living your life and continue the journey step by step. Bless you.

crazykid,

Break ups hurt.  Give it time.

Question:  Is the Lord Jesus Christ the most important man in her life?

If not...move on.

Find a girl that loves you.  But also a girl who puts Christ first, even before you.

Blessings my friend,

Jason

My question is, does she really love you? Pray about it before you take any step.

Well I use to have a boyfriend he had done me wrong. So I desided to dump him for cheating  on me.

I suggest that you should ask God for it in a prayer. Ask for His guidance for God only knows what is better for you and her. If God wanted two of you to be with each other, then God's guidance will help you.::The B-I-B-L-E, yes that's th ::taz::

You're a great catch, but she's capable of going off with a cheater. That can mean you're great but only while she wants you, but then she's off elsewhere.

And you say you did sin things. So, I suppose she's doing that elsewhere, if she did it with you. We can see that the sin things did not connect you into a better and better intimacy. So, that may be not what really can make a marriage work, and you did not work on what would, it seems. So, I would say uh-uh . . . get with God better so you can get with a really Christian woman.

And I would say to share with someone you appreciate while both of you are in companionship with more real and more mature Christians who are helping you to find out how to relate for marriage . . . not isolating yourselves just with each other. And this is not just for moral reasons, but so you can  have good examples to help you learn how  to relate in God's love.
