It is right under the word "Forums" at top of screen.

Were you logged in? If not, it is not available as well as some other options such as posting, and PM's.

I was logged in, but I was on my cell phone. Maybe that was the problem.

I have been logged in since the day I registered. That search function was non existent. But since the guy brought it up, it now has magically appeared. It's a miracle !

Our new server is being brought on line a step at a time if I understand it right, and that might just be a recent development of things to come. Hopefully it just continues improving as it has been doing over the past week or so. Admin is very involved in its installation.
