Is it possible to attach a Word Document to a post?  And if so, how is it done?

THANKS!

Copy & paste.

I truly hope that wasn't an attempt at seriousness...

Does anyone have any serious answers???  Administration???

JohnDB

Actually I am serious.
The membership here isn't usually interested in reading manifestos or really long posts. We usually are interested in dialogue.

I have found that when studying the Scriptures, and having to prove a position by using Scriptures, one has to cover a lot of material.  Reading this material in an electronic format not only is hard on the eyes but it limits the posture of the person reading.

Having an attachment avails the reader to be able to print it out and read it in the bathroom if wished.  Also, one can make notes on the paper, take it with them wherever they go, etc.  It is so much more convenient and with less eyestrain.

What is the character limit here for responses?

There is a 20,000 character limit, but you can continue the post on subsequent replies allowing 20,000 more characters; I do it quite often when posting studies. I will say that I normally bust them up into smaller sections though to go with new paragraphs or subjects titles.

Yes that is true as Larry said but unfortunately like JohnDB said it will not get read anyway most here do not read those type posting it is more of interaction than book reading here

I think attachments were disabled a while back anyway. I don't see that option.
