Permissions question

I am a deacon and assistant worship leader in my current congregation. My duties include giving the sermon periodically. In my former congregation I was an elder and had to deal with many messes in the congregation, and fill in for the pastor when he was ill or away. (along with being the main worship leader)

So I tried to post something in the Pastors forum (in an area that I have dealt in beofe) but was told I did not have persmission to do so. Is there something in the profile that would allow this?
