ADMIN: Need help with missing "Sent Items"

I just noticed all my personal messages are gone, including the warm welcome for joining here last year.

Hi Dave, I normally delete PM messages in my "Inbox" I receive after taking action, or responding to them, but in my profile I have selected to retain those messages I respond to if that's what you're referring to.

To see those, I go near the top of the home page and select "My Messages". That presents me with "Read your messages," or "Send a message" by hovering over the "My Messages" button.

Select the "Read my messages" and a small screen will appear to the left side (Of course below the advertisement) with the following selections: choose the "Sent Items" I have highlighted in red and see if that is what you're missing. I have 112 pages of them.

On my first approach to finding this list, there was a couple left pointing triangles to the right side of the page that took me to this list, and then it changed to the Sent Items. I hope you find them. Blessings in Jesus' name.

Did that.

Inbox and Sent all say "no messages."

They were there before the change ...

Dear Dave and ChristNU, I'm sorry to hear that because I too depend on them for retaining information. It may be that all the changes are not complete as yet, and they will appear after a bit. E.g. I'm not receiving email notifications of all threads I participate on; I just happened to return here because I thought of something I said that was wrong. I do not set the "Save a copy in my outbox" in my profile, but beneath my PM reply.

How about sending me a PM test and see if that appears in your "Sent Items" which use to be labeled as the "Outbox"? Thanks.

sent the test pm.  clicked to save a copy.

That worked ok.

Yes, it happened during the upgrade. I lost all of my received messages but retained the ones I had sent.
