Stayinlove,

You were not saved by obedience. You were saved by the grace of God through what Jesus did on the cross. He said that anyone who believes in him has, not will have eternal life (John 5:24). You're not kept saved by obedience. You're kept saved by God.

No Christian is sin free. We all sin (1John 1:7). There are consequences of sin. God may choose to withold blessings in this life, or even punish you for continuing sin. But you will not lose your salvation. That was sealed the instant when you believed (Eph. 1:13)

Sin by a believer brings self condemnation, but not condemnation from God (Romans 8:1)

You should just be totally honest with God about your situation (after all, he knows all anyhow) and ask him to help you in your struggles.

Blessings, Billie
