I am not able to quote another poster without having to copy paste it myself. Every time I hit quote, it goes to quick reply without the quote.

Yeah, me too, for a few days now.
If you right click on the quote button, and choose open in new tab, a new tab will open with the dialogue box including the quote.

Open in new window works too.
