Director-Producer Tony Scott

[Aahil]

Tony Scott jumped off a bridge and killed himself.  The autopsy results have just been released.  The jump killed him, duh. He also had "therapeutic levels" of antidepressants in his system.

He was a good looking man with many years ahead of him.  He was in good health.  He had two children, both middle-school age.  So, he had them to want to live for.  He had a great job that was still going great.  He was loved and respected by many.  He had money.  He had a hot wife (his third), the mother of his only children, whom I haven't heard that he's had any issue with.

He had a life most people dream up, yet he was intensely sad.  Sad to the point of death.

Celebrities who have "everything" kill themselves with great frequency (usually with drug overdoses).  It's too common to suspect chemical imbalance as the general cause.  It's hard to accept difficulties in life as the cause of their unhappiness, as they're all rich enough not to have great difficulties (at the very least, they could retire and start a new lives).  What's left?  Hollywood hates people of faith.

Without faith, life is pointless and pleasures hardly make you happy.  With faith, you can be happy in any circumstance.
