I think the question itself is loaded. Christadelphian refers to the name of their denomination - Christadelphia. They say they are Christians. It's like asking what is the difference between a Baptist and a Christian, or between a Catholic and Christian or between an Adventist and a Christian. They are all Christians, but the use of the denominational name shows which form of Christianity or understanding/interpretation they adhere to.

Christadelphianism is another 'Christian cult'. They deny the trinity, and that Jesus is God, and like the JW's that Holy Spirit is not a Person, but a mere force.

One of their most atrocious lies is the belief that Jesus did not make atonement for our sin, and that God did not lay upon Him the sin of the world, but that he already had sin in Him because He was human. They view His death on the cross as more of an object lesson.

That pretty much sums it up, I tend to consider belief in the deity of Christ within the context of the Trinity as defining Christianity.  Thus to answer the OP, IMO, one is Christian belief, one is not.

I also heard that they believe the Bible to be inaccurate and lost in translations over time , and they intend to follow the "true" meaning in the Bible.
But anyway , I'm just curious as I like to understand all these Christianity spin offs.

I don't see where they get calling themselves Christians as  they completely missed the meaning of his death.
