How does bible alone work if

A) the bible doesnt say that 1 Tim 3:15

B) the last book in the bible was written 62 years after Christ was assumed

C) there was no uniform cannon of scripture until the council of Carthage in 397?

D) Jesus wasn't assumed into heaven and threw down a book He said he left men to lead us as stated in acts 1 and John 20 21:23 to name just a few passages

1 Timothy 3:15 doesn't fit anywhere in this argument...not sure why you referenced it?

B) the last book in the bible was written 62 years after Christ was assumed

It was written by a man who walked with Jesus, who was given a special Revelation by Jesus.  God chose to wait 62 years to send the vision to his beloved apostle.  Why would you use God's timing to try and discredit His Word?

This is very misleading.  The council of Carthage approved what was being used as scripture.  The Codex Sinaiticus was compiled by 350.  However Clement, who was after Jesus, but still a contemporary of His Apostles made the first compilation of the Gospels and Paul's letters.  The NT was compiled not long after it was written.  However the Catholic Church did not make it official until the Synod of Hippo and approved by the Catholic Church in the Council of Carthage.

This is not a valid point, just a snide remark to belittle other Christians.

So how does sola scriptora work if the books in the bible wasn't complete for 60 years....

And the bible refutes bible alone

1 Timothy 3:15
New International Version (NIV)
15 if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

1 Tim 3:15 in no way refutes the Bible Alone.

As a matter of fact, if you keep reading, 1 Timothy explicitly states so:

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

The Bible "thoroughly equips" the servant of God "for every good work."

Seems pretty black and white....cut and dry....etc....to me.

100% ture all scripture is god breathed

But how do you know what books belong in the bible what about the writings from Ignatous of Antioch or the gospel of Thomas

We need an infallible church to tell us what books are god breathed in a church council the book of acts tells us this looks at acts 15 and then acts one
