Posting new topics?

I'm new to these forums and when i tried to post a new topic in the general discussion forum, my post went blank and it said that I wasn't authorized to post new topics. Does anyone know why this is or should I just try again?

Did it not ask you to respond to three verification items? A visual image text string and two questions? It should and if you satisfy those items correctly then it should tell you that your post is waiting approval by a staff... once you reach Jr Member level these restrictions will ease up dramatically... due to newly implemented anti-spam/scam policy & security measures
