Island Escape

I heard this riddle years ago, so apologies if it's not new to some of you.  Here we go.

3 men are stranded on an island.  One of them weighs 200 pounds, the other two weigh 100 pounds each.  They searched the island and only found a single small boat, but they know it won't hold more than 200 pounds without sinking.  How do all three men get off the island using *ONLY* this boat?

**NOTE - No, one of them can't hang on the side or be pulled by a rope.  There's no rope.  Only the boat.**

The two 100 pound men first leave the island.


One of the 100 pound men return.


The 200 pound man leaves while the 100 pound man remains on the island.


The first 100 pound man returns and picks up the other 100 pound man, they leave and no one is left on the island.
