NPD is very much just like reactive attatchment syndrome: incurable kiss of death.

There is no cure. The "patient" believes everyone else is at fault.

They know what they do is wrong but they think they have license.
(Ends justifying the means).

Often the NPD person can & will manipulate the counselor they see.

I believe my husband has strong narcissistic traits. I won't go over the never ending list of self righteousness etc; but let's just say it ain't easy living with someone like that.
