Here is my favorite.  I'm going to play it in church in a few weeks.  Our sunday morning service is very traditional with traditional hymns.  I was approached a couple months ago to breath some life into the saturday evening service along with a couple other members since the service was small usually only holding less than 20 members on average.  We were told that for months there were only 5 or so members coming out to the saturday service.  We turned the service into more of a family oriented contemporary service.  We now have on average 2-3 guitarists, one person on tamborine, occasionally a flutist.  The service has grown to over 50 members attending regularly.  We try to mix traditional hymns with a more contemporary beat along with a few new songs.  My evenings lately have consisted of searching for new songs and preparing powerpoints to use during the service on overhead.  It's been allot of work but well worth it.

Been a while since I posted.  Been busy with our church band "St. Paul's Ambassadors" every week.  Our band now consists of 3 guitarists, 6 singers, a drummer, and a clarinet for background.  I play guitar and sing and bounce back and forth alternating on the bass.  We were invited to play a variety show benefit concert to raise money for a scholarship recently.  We did a total of three songs at the show.  We started out with this one.  3 female singers and 3 male singers.
