I messed up with my sons mother, not married but want to be.

So i messed wup with the mother of my child but inside i knew she was the exact woman that i prayed for. We got to a point where she said she is completely done with me. And that point is where my heart decided to mature. Some spots in life i know ihave to improve before even having a chance to re-recieve my blessing. Praying that she is still that blessing im praying for. Even with the amount that i messed up, will God give me another chance with her in order to have us as family again?
