When a Proverbs 31 Wife is Made to Feel Like a Whore

A few decades ago, Dennis Swanberg, I believe it was, who did a sermon about how we try to encourage our wives to be virtuous in the world but whores in the bedroom. That's not exactly what I am talking about here. Pastor Swanberg was advocating a healthy sex drive in the Christian home. What I am referring to here is how a woman who is called upon by her husband to perform with no foreplay and especially when he is using her vagina as a tool for masturbating to ease his sexual tension or to clear his mind about some other woman he got a peep at or is fantasizing about...

Uh? What's the problem? We guys think... most do not care what goes through our wife's mind etc. if she jumps on us for a country drive... just so long as she does it... right?

Women are wired differ'nt. Shhhhh don't tell nobody...

To them, um, let me qualify it, to thems that's not messed up in the head, their sexuality is a very personal and special thing.

Uh? Scratching head.

Let's see... how to put it... everything about being a guy is a projection outward. Everything about being a female is inward drawing in receiving inside them (actually). And they take that very seriously while most guys are, well, less concerned with to them whatever "washes off."

She sees you checking out the neighbor lady in her pool gown next door and then you swerve around to your wife "hey baby. let's get naked..." she aside from being whizzed at you for ogling another woman now feels like an absolute whore... thanks to you.

This is not an invitation to be sneakier. In fact, we Christian husbands have the opportunity to expand our horizons into what makes our wives tick and to experience it for ourselves. Males and females tend to be different that each other and typical at the same time. But we can learn the tendencies of the other. This is why there has been the upswing of Magic Mike activities among women. Chip-n-Dales etc. Women can learn the bad habits of men. BUT men can learn the good habits of women.

This is not a course on Bruce Jenner 101.

But rather how to see heterosexual sexual relations in another way... feeling... drawing out to a planned out thought out experience like in the beginning... when we all faked it to get to the next base... only for real this time. And you will be shocked at how you will respond to her responses!

A big part of what medically corking the bat is overuse of the fantasy side of sex. You get into the emotions of a relationship with the woman you pray with as well as do the horizontal bop with and you will tap into something you never dreamed of. And your woman will feel like a woman. And you will feel like a real man.

When people did this in the past they did not need viagra. They went to Niagara instead...

In bible times (both testaments) the culture that gave us our scriptures (again - both testaments) had a very different attitude about sex and gender roles.  That attitude was this:

Sex is a wife's right and a husband's responsibility.

And decididly NOT the other way around, as we have it. IMO we need to change church culture to more reflect the biblical cultural attitudes in this way.
