Is Masturbating a sin?

It is a fact that young boys have "wet dreams" by Divine design. When once that happens, then the desire will always be there, one cannot escape that fact.  Burning is natural as breathing for both boys and girls~I would think more so for boys than girls.  Girls first must experience the act, before knowing the feelings, not so with boys.  I may stand to be corrected on some of my thoughts, but this is what I have gathered during my short 67 years of living. 

The scriptures are silent on the subject, but does deal with our THOUGHTS and LUST, and our duty to mortify them and bring them into captivity to the obedience of Jesus Christ.  When once a young boy,or woman begins to burn, where they feel they cannot control it, then they should marry, and not burn.  Masturbating should not be our course of relieving one's self of their burning.

Married men have no right to allow their minds to think upon anyone except their wife, period.  To do otherwise, is sin before God.  There is a mercy rule for certain situations for some men, I am sure~but that must be between God and the person.  We worship God with our spirits, thereby, we must keep our hearts with ALL diligence~and by saying that, every man must be totally honest with himself before God, and present his heart to God as vessel meet to be used by God.   

What are your thoughts?  This is more for our younger brothers in the faith to help them through life's struggles, that we all have been through.

Masturbation is a huge jumbo sin. It is one of the sins God hates the most.  If we masturbate and die we will go to hell as of today.

And it is one of the toughest ones to overcome because the demons will do everything they can get you to lust and get back into masturbating. This this very big mess...

Really?  Give me scriptures to prove your statement, I do not believe you can give one, much less, more. If God so hates the act of masturbating, then why did he create us, with our bodies producing wet dreams naturally without our help? Young boys and girls enter puberty without very much attraction to the opposite sex, yet they come out of it, with a totally different desires, and lust.  While our young children are sleeping during their puberty years, God is pumping their veins full of testosterone~ This is when wet dreams begin to come, and once they do, then desire does not slow down very much. Yes, it can be control, and I will leave it at that.  That's why I encouraged my children to marry young, and they did.  My son is thirty eight with a son in Clemson University.   To hold them back would cause fornication to occur, which IS a sin. 

The scriptures is pretty well silence on the subject, but I would agree, they say much about our THOUGHT and LUST, which means that masturbating is not the route to relieve oneself...but to say that it is a jumbo sin shows bible ignorance.  And to say this: 

If we masturbate and die we will go to hell as of today.

Only proves that you know not one thing concerning how the death of Jesus Christ secured the righteousness that earned eternal life for his seed.  We all will die with sin in our life to some degree! To believe otherwise, only prove darkness concerning your own heart.  It is NOT own righteousness that will cause us to enter the world to come, but the RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE SON OF GOD!  All of God children said AMEN, for this is so.

Not a sin.
I agree that sex between a husband and wife is the ideal for sexual fulfillment but there are many, many instances when that isn't realistic.

Yes, I believe masturbation is a sin.

Even if you don't look at porn while you do it.  Even if you can do it without a lustful thought, it is still a selfish act.
