If a man is a born again Christian and has the Holy Spirit dwelling in him,  isn't the Holy Spirit having residency in the man not supposed to let inferior demonic spirits have any sort of stronghold on the man?  Things such as sexual sins.  If a man is a host to the Holy Spirit by his repentance of sins, how can an evil spirit still control the man with pornography, lusting after the flesh, fetishes, or any other sexual sin?

So, basically what you are asking is: if a person comes to Christ he stops committing sins?
The answer is: No.

I understand that man will always continue to sin even after receiving Christ.  But if a person struggles with pornography addiction, isn't asking Christ to expunge the evil spirit giving you the urge, supposed to get rid of it?  Or even prevent that evil spirit from taking over you in the first place?

Evil spirits will not take over a Christian.  They will entice a Christian and it is up to that Christian to overcome the temptation.

Jesus Christ is not a magician who waves his wand to make temptation go away forever.  Jesus Christ gives His Children the strength they need to overcome temptation.

If you are struggling with temptation, fight it the way Jesus did:  with Scripture.  When Satan tempted Jesus, Jesus responded by quoting scripture.  Try to the same thing.  For lust, try 1 Cor 6:18-20.  Memorize it and repeat it anytime you are tempted.
