Hello Folks! I am a 35 year old man, saved since May 5, 2002; and of non denominational/interdenominational background. I would like to make it clear, that while I neither condemn nor judge any given to a particular denomination or the other; I will aggressively defend the Holy Scriptures and their integrity over the man-made and preferred traditions/methodology/legalistic format of denomination-specific doctrine. I believe we are all part of the same One Body of Christ, and often any "discussion," about denominational tenets as opposed to FACTUAL biblical truth; only snowballs into heated and bitter contention. Thus, I prefer to simply be free from denominational bias and take the Word of God only into account in matters of doctrine. I do not belittle any one denomination, nor do I discount any believer for choosing it; I am simply offering an advance caution so folks can avoid the headache of trying to impose denominational doctrine upon me as though it is the word for word Word of God..LOL! (I assure you this never works out well for the one attempting said endeavor.)
I am a full time minister, operating a restoration ministry called Return to Grace: Restoring Those That Fall Away; specifically geared towards rebuilding a fragmented Body of Christ by breaking the chains of whitewash and condemnation, educating the Body about the cancer of backsliding; and being obedient to the pattern Jesus set forth in LUKE 15. IE, seeking those who stray and being dedicated to helping them find their way back to church, the Body of Christ, and God Himself. I am also a published author, which is no statement of glory for myself; but an allusion to the idea that I do have resources available for those who are confused abut backsliding or interested in seeing what God truly has to say on the matter.
Nothing redeemable, nothing good, nothing worthy or of note is of any character trait, ability or accomplishment of mine. My sole qualification is the blood of Jesus; and personally I find that to be sufficient. I seek daily only to follow my Lord and Savior in Spirit and in truth; in the desire to be obedient and fulfill His calling on my life. All the power is of God, all the glory goes to God, and every bit of my life is a gift of God. May He shine brightly through me today that folks may see more of He and His love than man and man's judgment. Thanks And God Bless!

It seems we have one thing in common already. I've been described as Shiny rather frequently myself. Probably the difference is my Shiny is normally a reference to my old noggin. :-).

Ha ha...well played! I appreciate the warm welcome. I do try to be both salt and light, however there are moments when i am definitely more "salty," than light....LOL! A bit pointed perhaps but at least you established your boundaries. I notice you have a lot of posts in your short time here, you active 24-7 or just have a lot o free time? Just curious.
