hello.  although I am no business man of God, I do know the importance of 'stewardship' with God's mammon and also God's provisions for businesses.

I was perusing through the travel section online and ran across a website which 'advertised' and promoted Hawaii's values and ethics and culture and standards.  Although Hawaii is the 50th State to join the Union, I feel as if education standards should be up to par with national educations.  I'm not suggesting that all the children in Hawaii earn tuition free scholarships into IVY leagues, but what I am suggesting is that for those who are promoting businesses for Hawaii to maintain a quality of standards for all of the Nation, and perhaps, even of the world to enjoy.  After all Hawaii is one of the destinations for travel and vacation since it is so near the Equator.

Well, I am no English Major nor am I a political Science major but this one section on the website made me to stop and rethink.  Like I said, I am not a English nor Political Science Expert.

The line in question is: "Home to the State Capitol, Honolulu is the vibrant epicenter of Hawaii."

I was so unsure of this sentence that I had to do a little searching online.  What is the difference between capital and capitol??

And from what I presumably found out, the State Capitol is the building in which the U.S. Congress meets in.

Here is the link to the business.   http://www.gohawaii.com/oahu/regions-neighborhoods/honolulu/

And here is the link for the difference between capital and capitol.   https://www.englishrules.com/writing/2005/capital-and-capitol/

And even with the vast amount of websites which try to clear up the difference between capital, capitol and Capitol, I am still unsure which is which.

Some sites say capitol with the small 'c' refers to the legislative building in each state while Capitol with a large 'C' is reserved for Washington's Capitol, being it is on Capitol Hill.  I am unsure...   Perhaps the question to be answered is the difference between the small c and the large C for capitol, since capitol is where legislation meets in either the State or the Nation..
