7 kinds of food make hair healthier
steak
Steak, hair and solid hair. Steak is rich in protein, iron and zinc, in which zinc can make the scalp gland more firmly linked in the hair follicles, plays a role in the hair. At the same time, most of the nutrition in the hair comes from protein, so high protein steaks are also good for hair health.
Almond
Almond strong hair. The study found that people who lost their hair were less likely to have vitamin B6, vitamin E, iron and zinc. In addition, a high fat diet can lead to increased levels of hormones in the body that can lead to hair loss. And almonds are rich in vitamin E and zinc, can reduce cholesterol, is a radical cure of the super food.
shellfish
Shellfish promote cell regeneration. Shellfish are rich in zinc, which helps cells to regenerate and maintain hormonal balance, which is critical to healthy hair growth.
Peas and beans
Legumes supplement high protein. Legumes, especially black beans, are good sources of protein and iron and are good for supplying nutrients to their hair. Black beans 500 grams, 1000 grams of water(newlytoupee.com), with water to slow fire boiling down, put out the vessels, micro dry sprinkle fine salt, bottles, 6 grams per serving, two times a day. This prescription will cure alopecia.

Choir Loft

Why is the O.P. with what appears to be a gal's username posting on this private chaps sub-forum?  Methinks a moderator may need to administer a reproof!

In any case the advice has come too late for some of us!  I invariably have some sort of head covering when out, usually wide-brimmed if it's sunny to shield the eyes/ears a bit.  Having had skin-cancer on my ear helices twice, due to the ears getting scorched by hot summer sun when wearing a base-ball cap - that's a "no-no!" for me now.   Am lucky compared with some - my noddle hair looks OK from the front but there is a definite absence/scarcity for the crown of my head.  Over the years have become so accustomed to having some sort of head covering, that unless it's a heat-wave, I even wear a flat cap indoors! ( rofl but I do take it off for ablutions and going to bed!)  My wife, jokingly calls me her "Andy Capp"  the name of an old  Yorkshire cartoon character who would be "naked" without his flat cap! ::smile::

Think a lot depends on any medication one is supposed to take - some of the stuff the medicos give us after heart surgery, for instance, seems to produce physical changes ( loss of secondary hair, "moobs" etc).

What I am noticing more now (approaching my mid 80s) is annoying problems with erratic growth of finger nails.  The nails have ridges, running parallel to the finger sides, which grow unevenly, with splits often occurring each side of those ridges - needing frequent filing.  Think it's just "one of those things" that happens with increasing age - changing the diet wouldn't help much!
