Weird access issue

Having trouble getting on GC. I can access site on my phone,  but am very limited in what I can do. On my laptop I just get an error like when the site goes down. I thought that was the problem until I tried on my phone. I'm using Chrome on both.

I cleared cookies and restarted,  but still no joy. Any suggestions?

Well, it seems to have fixed itself. I don't know what the problem was, but it finally let me back in.

For one session. It's locked me out again. *sigh*
Oh well. I guess after being here over 15 years it's time to give up GCM.
